Our Story: A Passion for Healing
Monica Duran PT, BCB - PMD
Monica Duran’s journey into specialized pelvic health physical therapy wasn't just a professional choice—it was a personal mission.
When a pediatric family member suffered from pelvic floor dysfunction, Monica's family experienced firsthand how difficult it was to find specialized care, ultimately having to travel out-of-state. This challenging experience inspired Monica to change her physical therapy career ultimately dedicating it to ensuring other families in her community could find expert, compassionate help close to home.
She launched her private practice with a focus on pelvic health to treat adults, and geriatric patients, but also be able to provide expert pediatric care. Monica has a deep passion for helping patients break the silence surrounding bowel and bladder issues. Her goal is to provide individuals of all ages with effective evidence-based approaches, and self-help strategies from their very first visit, empowering them to improve their quality of life.
